A: The balance of your holiday needs to be paid no later than ten weeks before your departure date.

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. Arrangements can be made if you wish to pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfers.

Q: What time can we check into our accommodation?

A: You can check into your accommodation from 4pm on the day of arrival and the eproperty must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

A: We recommend that you check in no later than 3 hours before your flight is due to depart.

Q: Do you provide linen and towels in your villas?

A: Yes, all linen and towels are provided. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen in all our rental homes.

Q: Do I need luggage lables?

A: No, most airlines don't provide these anymore. Your bags will have an electronic bar code attached upon check in, this is used to track your bags.
